Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu airport and transfer your Hotel

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and Trek preparation day.

Day 03:Kathmandu to Lukla flight and trek to Phakding (2660m) 4 hour walk

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3535m) 6 to 7 hour walk

Day 06:Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3890m) 4 to 5 hour walk

Day 07:Trek from Tengboche to Dinguche (4410m) 4 to 5 hours walk

Day 08:Acclimatization day in Dingbuche

Day 09: Trek from Dingbuche to Lobuche (4620m) 5 hrs walk

Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorkshep 5,185m/17010ft- 4hrs.

Day 11: Hike to Kalapather 5,545m/18,187ft – Pariche 4,250m/13,940ft- 5hrs.
Day 12: Trek to Namche 3,450/11,315 ft 6hrs.
Day 13: Trek to Lukla 2,850m/9,350ft- 6hrs.
Day 14: Fly Lukla/Kathmandu 35minutes.

Everest Base Camp Packing List

What you should carry before your departure on your trip.
  • Daypack up to 40 liters, Down Jacket, Seasons sleeping bag.
  • Sun head or Gulf cap, Sunglasses, Headlamp..
  • Ear-muffs, Sun Lotions /Sun cream.
  • 1Pair liner gloves thin wool or synthetic.
  • 2Cotton t-shirts, 1Synthetic t-shirt. 
  • 2Long sleeve polyester or synthetic lightweight for sunny days. 
  • Zipper provides addition venting options which are good for changing temperatures. 
  • 1Soft shell jacket water & wind resist. 
  • 1Women swimming dress bathing in Hot spring. 
  • Inner cloths as you need
  • 1Pair nylon hiking short paints, 1Pair cotton paints, loner socks, woolen socks wearing on the evening and 1Pair light sports shoe.
  • Diamox for altitude sickness, stomach or diarrhea.
